Neil Buckley is a freelance consultant with over 30 year's experience of the medical device industry. He has held both technical and operations directorships with Zimmer in the UK and has been responsible for developing a wide range of medical device technologies. He is a Chartered Engineer with a BSc in Materials Science from the University of Bath and a MBA from the Open University.

NBER is a member of Acumentia, a network of biotechnology consultants providing additional specialist knowledge and capabilities.

We have worked with some of the biggest names in healthcare, and some of the smallest; with clients ranging from global corporations to early stage companies consisting of a few people.
